A Scandinavian kitchen that radiates cosiness

It’s often incredible how much a kitchen design can be enhanced by the choice of tasteful elements, such as solid wood worktops. Fitting a kitchen is not a barrier if it is planned properly. The key is to design your kitchen to match your interior and to adapt your kitchen furniture so that it serves you well, is in the right place and is handy for you. This is also reflected in this project, where we have designed a kitchen in a relatively compact space that has everything you need, plus a kitchen island that doubles as a dining table and extra storage space.

This tasteful Scandinavian kitchen has found its place in a cosy residence in Agenskalns. To make the most of the available space, a kitchen island was designed to complement the design and functionality, with grey Niemann matt acrylic facades standing out against the light kitchen panels.

This Scandinavian design kitchen is minimalist in style, in keeping with Scandinavian design traditions. The kitchen is designed with light matt Niemann acrylic facades that contrast with the dark grey tones of the kitchen island, creating a space that is not only pleasant to cook in, but also to be in.

The joy of cooking is multiplied by the solid wood kitchen worktop. Oak is extremely durable, so if the surface is maintained, it can last for several lifetimes. The beautiful colour of the oak contrasts with the kitchen cabinet fronts and adds a classic touch to the kitchen. Solid wood surface by ReWood Kuurland.

The size of a kitchen can often limit its functionality, but that’s not a problem for this tasteful kitchen, where both floor and wall cabinets are designed with multiple compartments to accommodate both eating utensils and other kitchen essentials.
