Scandinavian Modern Standard – what is it?<\/h3>\n\n

Here’s a quick look at one of our designers’ achievements in the Bonava project. The kitchen furniture is designed in the Scandinavian tradition, or rather the kitchen is designed not in the Scandinavian tradition, but exactly as the modern Scandinavian style dictates. That’s why we called it the Scandinavian Modern Standard<\/p>\n\n

Design language<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The kitchen is designed in a contemporary Scandinavian style, but with a traditional twist. It has everything you’d expect from the usual Scandinavian style – light walls, facades, lots of lighting and wooden decor. The designers have also managed to include an open shelf on the wall, which provides extra storage space, but won’t take up as much space as wall cabinets, so the room retains a more open feel. Sticking to values that don’t change!<\/p>\n\n

Choice of materials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The kitchen facade is the most visible part of the kitchen and therefore the most influential on the overall feel of the room. In keeping with the Scandinavian style, and taking into account the particularities of the kitchen space, the facades have been chosen in a light tone. Not only will the space be brighter, but the Niemann frosted acrylic facades will create a feeling of spaciousness.<\/p>\n\n

\"White<\/figure>\n\n

Egger laminate with wood grain is the best value alternative to solid wood for kitchen surfaces, but don’t let the price fool you. It is one of the most popular surface materials for a reason. It is not only price-driven, but also features-driven. Laminate is highly resistant to moisture, heat and other environmental factors, which is not always the case with laminate alternatives.<\/p>\n\n

Other solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Our designer kitchens emphasise functionality as much as pleasing and elegant design. After all, the kitchen should be comfortable to cook in, right? Convenience and functionality in this kitchen are ensured by Blum fittings and Vauth-Sagel basket systems, which give you the option to conveniently store everything you need.<\/p>\n\n

In keeping with the minimalist feel of the kitchen, the low-profile Furnipart Straight Edge handles<\/a> are chosen in a light shade to match the overall look of the kitchen. The Straight Edge model is a great option if you want to stick to a minimalist design, as these handles have a simple design and low profile.<\/p>\n\n

This beautiful and bright kitchen shows how Scandinavian style is very much at the forefront of modern interior design. Scandinavian style focuses mainly on light tones to brighten the room and make the most of the natural light that is available.<\/p>\n\n
